LISTEN TO THIS ARTICLE:In details of the judgment PlayUp, operating under the Draftstars brand, the regulator said the gaming operator was found to be guilty of 33 separate breaches of gambling guidelines by offering illegal inducements in advertisements.
The case was heard at the Sydney Downing Centre local court, and the judgment was that the operator had broken the rules that state gambling companies are prohibited from offering free bets to customers to open new accounts.
