Atlantic City Casinos Welcome Summer with Upgrades
Atlantic City gaming revenue slipped in the first quarter of the year, losing about 10% from where it was a year earlier. With Memorial Day Weekend this weekend and summer right around the corner, casinos are ready to deliver new experiences they hope will help them rebound.

LISTEN TO THIS ARTICLE:The Casino Association of New Jersey reported recently that Atlantic City casinos have been investing heavily in high-end entertainment, new culinary experiences and more luxurious accommodations. Bally's Atlantic City, celebrating its 45th anniversary this year, is leading the charge with a focus on fine dining and VIP experiences.

Slot enthusiasts will also be thrilled with the addition of 500 new slots and a completely remodeled High Limit Slot Room.
Over at Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa, the focus is on craft brews and modern dining. The recently renovated Long Bar now boasts an impressive selection of over two dozen local craft beers on tap. Metropolitan, a sophisticated restaurant within the resort, is undergoing a comprehensive and complete makeover that will define the inside of the property, as well as its surroundings. Additionally, fashionistas will be excited to learn about the highly anticipated opening of Maceoo Boutique in the retail piazza this June.
Caesars Entertainment is adding a touch of reality TV flair to its offerings with the opening of Buddy's Boardwalk Empire at Harrah's Resort Atlantic City. This exciting new venture is the brainchild of famed baker Buddy Valastro, better known as "Cake Boss."
This investment is just the latest in a string of renovations by Caesars, which has poured over $400 million into transforming its properties since 2020. This includes bringing the world-renowned Nobu brand – both the restaurant and the hotel – to Atlantic City, along with The Hook, a captivating production by Spiegelworld, now Atlantic City's first-ever year-round entertainment residency.
