Continent 8 Appoints Carl Bonner as New Regional Sales Director
LISTEN TO THIS ARTICLE:Continent 8 Technologies, the hosting and cloud solutions provider to online gaming operators, has announced the appointment of Carl Bonner to the position of Regional Sales Director.
Bonner joins the solutions provider from Amazon Web Services (AWS) where he co-founded the Betting & iGaming division and served for three years in the role of senior account manager, specializing in cloud-based platforms.
He also had a cloud-based role at software giant Oracle where he dealt with well-known brands such as Pret a Manger, WHSmith, Shazam, UiPath, and ESET.
Senior leadership at Continent 8 Technologies was quick to welcome Bonner to the company and said it is looking forward to the expertise he brings relating to cloud-based services in the iGaming industry.
We are the go-to regulated cloud provider for the biggest operators and suppliers in the industry, and with Carl onboard, we will be able to better support existing customers and drive awareness of our solutions and services among those not already working with Continent 8.
Bonner to Drive Increase in Regulated Gambling Markets Worldwide
Continent 8 said they have bolstered the company’s Sales team due to the rapid increase in regulated gaming jurisdictions globally, which has led to a rise in demand for the provider's cloud-based solutions.
Bonner will be tasked with supporting the cloud-based offering from Continent 8 and playing a leading part in increasing the customer base in the iGaming segment. As well as helping the provider increase its footprint in new markets in North America.
Continent 8 boasts it provides a multi-cloud service which means it can supply support and products for customers that are on the major cloud platforms.
