The annual fundraising event, a major part of the foundation’s efforts to combat childhood cancer, is set to take place at McMullan’s Pub on Saturday, September 14, at 11 a.m. St. Baldrick’s Foundation, a prominent non-profit organization dedicated to fighting childhood cancer, focuses its resources on the most promising research areas in collaboration with pediatric oncologists.

One of the foundation’s largest fundraisers happens each September at McMullan’s Pub. Participants pledge to shave their heads in return for donations, showing solidarity with children who lose their hair during cancer treatments. The event has garnered significant support from the gaming community, with MaxBet Media playing a leading role in the fundraising efforts this year. So far, the group has raised $37,700, making them the second-highest fundraising team ahead of the event. Overall, the event has raised $150,000 in donations so far this year.

Since 2021, Dan Ingster from Seminole Gaming has partnered with MaxBet Podcast hosts Mike McKiski and Landon Jones to recruit a team of gaming executives from across the country to participate. This collaboration has brought together influential leaders from the gaming industry, united in their mission to raise funds and awareness for childhood cancer research.
