GAN Completes Acquisition of Silverback

Top-notch full-service internet gaming software and online sports betting provider GAN Limited have announced its final acquisition of Silverback Gaming ("Silverback"), a Bulgarian online casino game developer.

With the acquisition, GAN now has total control and exclusive rights to all global current and future online games of Silverback. It will also boost GAN's SuperRGS platform launched last month in the U.S., offering an exclusive portfolio of online casino slots in the present and future.

Silverback's existing collection of online slot games, including hit titles like Aztec Luck™ and Mystery Stacks™, will launch within GAN's SuperRGS content portfolio starting in the first half of 2022. GAN plans to increase Silverback's current offerings by 50 new slots in three years.

The Silverback acquisition is in line with GAN's content acquisition strategy to increase the Company's overall 'take rate' on existing B2B Gross Operator Revenue derived from online gaming, as well as growing GAN's share of iGaming revenues from B2C operators in the U.S where it recently entered the sports market.
