IGT and La Lotería National Agrees Deal Expansion
Global provider of casino, lottery, and sports betting products, International Gaming Technology has broadened its online betting and lottery services deal with La Loterìa Nacional (Lotenal), Mexico’s national lottery company.
The deal will see IGT provide an efficient instant ticket central system, lottery terminals, and an integrated marketing and communications network for La Loterìa.

IGT will also be responsible for printing tickets and providing first-hand marketing consultancy services. It also gives the provider the ability to enhance its advisory services for sports betting like risk management and odd setting.
Lotenal has been evolving over the last few years, and this new contract with IGT ensures that we continue providing our players with the highest-quality and most engaging products. The expanded deal, which will end in September 2024, provides for fast lottery game transactions and swift distribution of these tickets across the 8,400 terminals in Mexico.
Other terms in the wider agreement include the development of new and existing B2B retail outlets, the installation, maintenance, repair, and monitoring of lottery terminals, and a wide range of other options.
IGT’s successful partnership with Lotenal spans three decades, and within that time frame, we have generated positive sales results to benefit many good causes throughout the country. The addition of IGT’s trading advisory services and instant ticket printing as part of the latest contract, along with IGT’s advanced technology, will continue to be key drivers of the lottery’s progression.
