Las Vegas Clarity Game Takes Over Stockman's Casino
Clarity Game Nevada, LLC has finalized its purchase of Stockman's Casino operations.
LISTEN TO THIS ARTICLE:The Las Vegas-based company announced on Tuesday, April 9, that it had successfully completed the acquisition of Stockman's Casino on April 1, 2025.
The acquisition process began in September 2024 with a land and asset deal. With the takeover now completed, Clarity Game can proceed with its casino renovation plans.
According to a casino spokesperson, the changes will include new slot machines and updated amenities aimed at elevating guests' gaming and entertainment experience.
The Sale in Detail
Stockman's Casino has been a longstanding fixture in downtown Fallon since 1955 when it opened its doors. In 2007, Full House Resorts acquired Stockman's Casino from the James R. Peters Family Trust for $25 million. The casino features 188 slot machines, virtual table games, sports betting and a café.
Last September, Full House Resorts agreed to sell Stockman's Casino's land, building, and key operating assets to Clarity Game, LLC for $9.2 million. The sale was executed in two phases: the real property sale for $7 million and the sale of other operating assets for $2.2 million.

Casino Acquisition Spree
This latest purchase is Clarity's third casino acquisition in just six months, underscoring the company's commitment to expanding in the Silver State and beyond.
The company is led by David Ross and Michael Gaughan III, both Nevada natives. The duo have a 30-year history of collaboration in senior management roles at Coast Casinos, Affinity Gaming, and JW Marriott & Rampart Casino.

The opportunity with Stockman's in Fallon was exciting due to the historic aspects of the town.
