Lottery.com Achieves Strategic Growth with Spektrum Acquisition
Lottery.com, the leading lottery and technology provider, has announced the successful completion of the acquisition of Spektrum Ltd. This is the start of the company’s busy expansion program scheduled for the rest of this year.
LISTEN TO THIS ARTICLE:This was completed last week and in further details of the acquisition it was undertaken through a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with shares at $3 per share to a total value of $1.5 million.
Lottery.com outlined the benefits of the purchase in the lottery gaming sector. The acquisition bolsters Lottery.com’s presence in the industry because Spektrum Ltd is compliant in other jurisdictions. This gives Lottery.com immediate access to extra lottery operations in new regions globally.
The provider boasts it holds a lot of proprietary technology which can be easily integrated into the Spektrum Ltd platform and into new regions as the business achieves further growth later this year.

Company Announces Global Growth Plans for 2025
Senior leadership at Lottery.com say they are delighted to have closed the acquisition of Spektrum and have gone on to outline further plans for the rest of this year. These plans were formulated following a key executive summit on the direction of the business held earlier this year.
The growth initiative sees the company highlight a business objective that will lead to worldwide growth in the continents of Europe, Africa, and Asia.

There was also growth through purchases in 2024 when Lottery.com completed the acquisition of the Sports.com brand in September last year.
