Major Survey Launched into Diversity in the Gambling Industry
After a break of 18 months due to the coronavirus pandemic, the All-In Diversity Project has announced that it has launched the third edition of the annual All-Index Diversity, Equality & Inclusion Survey.
The survey was last conducted in 2019, and it produced compelling evidence of the link between diversity and commercial success. Entain and IGT were found to be the most diverse, and Sky, SIS, and Betsson closely followed them.
The 2020/21 survey will examine how the pandemic had changed the workplace and continue to build upon the work started in 2019 when the All-In Diversity Project began to examine data and demographics beyond gender.
This year’s survey was developed together with the Centre of Diversity & Police Research and Practice at Oxford Brookes University Business School. It is open to all organizations within the industry, including operators, providers, regulators, and so on.
Thanks to our partners who continue to support our work, the Index is available to any business who would like to participate. And we’ll continue to benchmark data for each participant for as long as they contribute. That’s real value for any business who gets involved.
About All-In Diversity Project
The All-In Diversity Project is the primary resource for data relating to diversity and inclusion within the gambling industry. It collects data through employee surveys and the All-Index, which it hopes will become the definitive benchmarking tool used by the gambling industry to measure progress towards inclusion in the workplace.
