Mark Clayton Joins Bragg Gaming’s Board of Directors
Bragg Gaming Group has announced the appointment of Mark Clayton to its Board of Directors.
Clayton is a renowned global gaming attorney with about 32 years of serving in various legal and compliance positions in the gaming industry.
Before his new role, Clayton was the Chair of Greenberg Traurig LP’s global gaming practice, a position he held from 2014 to the beginning of this year. In this role, he oversaw the international gaming practice of the firm for big-name clients like Caesars Entertainment, DraftKings, 888 Holdings, Flutter, Entain, Genting Berhad, Las Vegas Sands, and several lenders and investment banks.
From 2005 to 2008, He was a member of the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB), serving as the Chief of the NGCB’s Corporate Securities Division. He has also sat on various brands’ compliance committees as an independent member, including Palms Resort Casino, Silicon Gaming, Caesars Entertainment, and The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.
Clayton is currently a Board Member of UNLV’s Gaming Law Advisory Board, Trustee and Member of the International Association of Gaming Advisors, International Masters of Gaming Law, and Fellow of the American Bar Foundation.
His appointment is effective immediately as he replaces Cristina Romero, who is resigning from the firm to focus on other business activities.
