Nevada Gambling Regulator to Scrutinize Sportsbooks’ Rules

NGCB Chairman Kirk Hendrick proposed the initiative during the Gaming Law Conference hosted by the State Bar of Nevada at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas. The discussion underscored the pressing need to simplify and standardize sportsbook rules to improve transparency and accessibility for bettors and operators alike.

He proposed a uniform structure where the majority of the rules are consistent across sportsbooks, with minor modifications for properties offering unique betting options.
