Pennsylvania Gambling Revenue Sees a Decline in February
The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) has announced mixed results for gambling revenue in February with downward sports betting figures leading to an overall decline in total gaming revenue for the month.

A breakdown of the monthly figures saw Pennsylvania achieve a total gambling revenue for February 2025 of $477.3 million, which is down 9.8% from the previous month this year, and a decrease of more than 4% in a year-on-year comparison to February last year.
The main reason for this was the decline in sports betting in the state with the results showing a marked drop to revenue of $7.4 million which translates to a decrease of 75%. These figures show a consistent decline in sports betting revenues in Pennsylvania over the last three months.
When the sports betting figures are broken down between online wagering and betting at retail sportsbooks, it can be seen that retail sportsbooks in the state saw a loss of $2.9 million. While digital wagering saw the state achieve revenue figures of $10.4 million last month.
