Rideau Carleton Casino Opens Its Doors
The Rideau Carleton Casino in Ottawa opened its doors again on Monday, one month to the day from when Ottawa and Ontario implemented the ‘Roadmap to Reopen’ day.
The reopening will be based on a staged approach which means that the first games to be made available for customers will be slots and electronic table games (not table games such as roulette and blackjack)
There will also be three dining areas available for customers, with the Constant Grind, Caffe Italiano and Rendez-Vous Lounge all being open for business as usual.
We are looking forward to welcoming our guests back to a safe and sound and fun environment.
As part of the ‘Roadmap to Reopen’ scheme, certain restrictions will apply, which include the casino only being able to operate at 50% of the normal capacity for any kind of indoor activities with guests and staff having to wear face masks and follow the rules for social distancing.
Perspex barriers will also be in place for situations where guests play casino games whilst facing casino staff, such as various table games.
The Rideau Carleton Casino has confirmed that it has put in place a safe and sound protocol system which includes regular cleaning of any common area surfaces, including bar areas and ATM’s and hand sanitizers are available at all entrances.
