Set Sail with Yggdrasil's New Shadow Raiders MultiMax Slot
LISTEN TO THIS ARTICLE:Yggdrasil has released its latest slot through a partnership with Bang Bang Games, Shadow Raiders MultiMax.
Yggdrasil's 5-reel, 243 payline slot takes players on a ghost pirate adventure in pursuit of vast treasures. As the title suggests, it features the popular MultiMax Game Engagement Mechanic (GEM).
The mechanic removes winning combinations from the reels and adds a multiplier to one of the skulls displayed at the top of the screen. Each win generates a wild in an empty position and increases the multiplier shown in the skull at the top of that reel by +1 for the following spin.
The symbols then cascade, and new winning combinations may be formed. Empty spaces can also be filled by a Booty Bomb, which can then transform into another symbol or a cash prize.
Eight free spins are awarded when three or more bonus symbols land. During the round, the MultiMax multiplier does not reset between spins, and this way, players have the chance to win payouts of up to 15,000 times the bet. It is also possible to gamble the free spins to try to win more of them, and in certain jurisdictions, players can purchase the bonus feature.
