EveryMatrix’s Spearhead Studios Secures Dutch Certification

EveryMatrix-owned Spearhead Studios will enter the Dutch market after receiving local certification for its proprietary casino content and RGS platform.

Spearhead Studios aims to capitalize on the “lucrative online gambling market” in the Netherlands, estimated to reach €1.1bn by 2024 by the Dutch Gambling Authority.

The gaming studio will debut in the Dutch market with its remote gaming server (RGS) platform while distributing games from several other developers in the country, such as Armadillo Studios, Funfair Games, JVL, and Lady Luck Games.

With the Dutch license in the bag, Spearhead Studios is now certified in nine jurisdictions, including Denmark, Sweden, the Baltic countries, Belarus, Romania, Croatia, Malta, Spain, and the UK.

Launched in 2019 by EveryMatrix, the gaming studio has several hit titles to its name like Wild Gold, Lara Jones, and Cleopatra 2.

Last year, the Netherlands online gambling market launched with ten licensed operators and strict guidelines by the Dutch gaming regulator, Kansspelautoriteit (KSA).
