Under the terms of the agreement, Stake's logo will feature on the front of Deportivo Ñublense's jerseys for the entire 2025 Primera División season, as well as during the team’s Copa Libertadores debut.

We are very pleased to start this agreement with Stake, a brand that shares our passion for football and innovation. This sponsorship will allow our club to continue its growth, reaching new audiences and offering more experiences to our fans.

The partnership represents the latest move in Stake’s Latin American growth plan, which has already seen the company secure a key operating license in Peru last August.

With the addition of Deportivo Ñublense, Stake now has front-of-shirt sponsorship deals with six football clubs. The operator also partners with South American sports personalities like former Manchester City and Argentina Star Sergio Agüero to expand its brand reach and visibility across the region.

Ñublense are a fantastic club, with a rich history and great fan base. We saw a real underdog story last season as they made it to the final of Copa Chile, and their involvement in the Copa Libertadores is something we are very excited about. We are really passionate about expanding our footprint across Latin America, and to be a partner with one of Chile’s most prestigious teams is something we are proud of.

UK Departure Prompts Shift in Strategy

This development follows the recent exit of Stake from the United Kingdom after its involvement in a controversial ad that led to widespread criticism and regulatory scrutiny.

Last week, after being directed by the UK Gambling Commission to shut down its UK-facing website, the operator revealed that it will shift its focus to developing its brand in current markets.

Stake also stated that it has mutually agreed with TGP Europe to exit white-label agreements and focus on directly obtaining local licenses via its in-house platform and operations, allowing for greater control and flexibility in key regulated markets like Brazil and Italy.

With the UK exit threatening its international market share, Stake will further double down on its operations and expansion in Latin America and other North American markets.
