Symplify Partners with Sweden’s Miljonlotteriet
Symplify, the Swedish company that provides CRM and AI cloud solutions, has announced a new partnership with Miljonlotteriet, one of the country’s oldest gaming operators.
Miljonlotteriet offers players a number of products, such as scratch cards, bingo games, and online lotteries. The deal with Symplify will help the operator improve its engagement with customers through email, SMS, and app push notifications.
The agreement covers Symplify’s Campaign and Journey Builder modules, and they will be used to form personalized and AI-optimized experiences with the aim of improving customer satisfaction and, in turn, retention.
Miljonlotteriet is known for its commitment to safer gambling, and this will enhance with the use of Symplify’s Responsible Gaming module. It enables operators to analyze player behavior and take preventative measures before any problematic habits are formed.
