Symplify to Provide Play North with CRM Expertise
Play North, a gambling operator behind several well-respected brands, has signed a partnership deal with Symplify, a company that offers CRM and AI cloud solutions services.
Symplify’s technology has already been integrated, a process that was made easier by an existing relationship with Finnplay, the Nordic iGaming platform provider. Play North is to use Symplify’s CRM ecosystem in order to improve its communication strategy with players using the Email, SMS and Push Packages.
Play North will also be using Symplify’s Campaign and Customer journey builder modules to improve its user engagement processes. It will give Play North the ability to developer bespoke customer lifecycle journeys in real time using customer events and campaigns.

Recent months have seen a number of other iGaming companies turn to Symplify for similar services including Gamdom, the payment platform provider, and PlayStar.
